Sean has a proven track record of delivering results in fiercely competitive markets by deftly translating cultural and business trends into high-impact products and campaigns. With over 17 years of experience in sales, branding, and strategy, he has created and executed projects for companies such as Nielsen, Nike, Procter & Gamble (P&G), Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH), Pernod Ricard, PepsiCo, EA Games, Timberland Boot Company, Mastercard, Budweiser, Sirius XM, and Universal Music Group. In 2017, Sean co-founded music tech startup, Steereo (now Dose.fm), where he served as Director of Business Development and Director of Driver Engagement, helping close a multimillion-dollar seed round.

To date, Sean has shared his diverse experiences on several prominent stages, including SXSW, Northside Festival, NY Music Month Conference, NYC Real Estate Tech Week, Betaworks: Hearing Sounds, and IoTC NEXT. Additionally, he has been featured in The Real Deal, Audacy, Inman, and NY Curbed. Companies under his leadership have been featured in Forbes, The New York Times, Nasdaq, Variety, Cheddar TV, Grammy.com, and The Rolling Stones.

As an award-winning 3x startup founder, Sean has earned numerous recognitions, including America on Tech's 2018 Innovators & Disruptors Award (Founders & Entrepreneurs category). In addition, he is a Co-Founder of the award-winning real estate team MVMT at Compass, where he was nominated to RentHop's Elite Agent Program and Naked Apartments' (Zillow Group) Agents & Brokers Hall of Fame. In 2018, his team earned the Citi Habitats' (Corcoran Group) Rental Team of the Year, Best Customer Service, Diamond Circle, Presidents Council, and Silver Awards, and was named Rental Team of the Month 14 times.

With a commitment to community serving as his north star, Sean has contributed to notable advisory boards and causes, including serving as Advisory Council Co-Chair at New York City Housing Authority's Fund for Public Housing (F4H).

He is a die-hard native New Yorker and a product of the New York City Public School system, attending PS 87, MS 44, and High School For Environmental Studies.
